Chapter one restaurant is situated in Malta, in St. Julian’s to be precise. Chef patron Hiram Cassar prepares fresh quality food with passion and serves traditional and contemporary cuisine with a unique blend of flavours and textures.

The menu is varied but not to the extent to confuse you with too many possibilities. The menu offers starters like Carpaccio of sea bream and prawns, Pig’s cheek and foie gras terrine and main courses such as Saddle of rabbit, Roast pumpkin risotto and fresh fish of the day.

Restaurant Chapter one also has an excellent wine list with both wines from Malta and abroad to go with the food. Chapter One restaurant is a family run business and they always welcome their guests with a warm smile.
