Del Borgo is a lively typical Maltese wine bar & restaurant full of character, history and with a fresh look. Situated in the historical city of Birgu - Citta Vittoriosa, Del Borgo strive to keep the traditional menu simple but still very interesting and modern.

The restaurant specialities are ravioli with gbejniet-filling and fresh tomato sauce; Maltese platters; Sfineg tal-Bakkaljaw and Hobza mimlija Maltija.

Del Borgo offers a very large and detailed wine list with over 300 wines listing every particular characteristics of each, cathegorised according to the taste and grape variety, country of origin, and price. If you don’t feel like whole bottle of wine to go with the tasty food there is no need to worry, Del Borgo offer a range of half bottles and wines by the glass.
