The building of Kercem parish church in Gozo

The Kercem parish church took 6 years to build and was finished in 1851. The church still stands beautifully in the heart of the small Gozitan village. Kercem parish church was consecrated on 22 October 1912 and is dedicated to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour and St Gregory the Great.
