Information about Sannat parish church in Gozo

The Sannat parish church was established in 1688 by Davide Cocco-Palmeri and consecrated again in November 1868. Not long after that, in December 1893 the Sannat parish church was raised to the Archipresbyteral status. This beautiful and big church is dedicates to Santa Margerita and holds a fantastic altarpiece by Stefano Erardi who is a Gozitan painter.
