San Ġwann Parish Church

History of San Gwann Parish Church

The building of the parish church of San Gwann ended in 1959 and in 1965 it became the parish church of the area. The church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary of Lourdes and was built on Archbishop Mgr Michael Gonzi request.
