Heritage Malta Open Day

Visit the Domus Romana & Ghar Dalam for free

Heritage Malta is holding an open day for two of its cultural and historical sites. During the 19th of March, you can visit the beautiful sites of Domus Romana in Rabat and the very interesting Ghar Dalam Cave in Birzebbuga. 

The Domus Romana has several remains from Roman times, with the most impressive things are the mosaic pavements. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ghar Dalam is the place were several archeological findings were found, giving a new perspective to the Maltese history and pre-history.

There will be free tours in Maltese at the Roman Villa at 10:30 and at 14:30. Both attractions will be have free entrance on this day.
