The History of Mgarr Parish Church

For many years the people of Mgarr had asked for the church in their small village to become their parish church as the closest one was the one in Mosta, too far away. When their wish was granted in 1989 a new church was built and completed in 1946, the Parish Church of the Assumption.

Saturday Evenings: 18:00 (winter), 19:00 (summer)

Weekdays: 06:00, 07:45 (Fridays only); 18:00 (winter); 19:00 (summer)
