2013 Land Rover Malta Marathon, start training now!

Take part in the most sought after and popular athletic event of the year, The 2013 Land Rover Malta Marathon and Half Marathon. A record breaking 2228 people took part in last year’s run and we can only expect the same for 2013 Land Rover Malta Marathon!

2013 Land Rover Malta Marathon Route:

Start - 6km. Mdina – Rabat – Nigret – Mtarfa – Ta’ Qali.

6km – 12km. Ta’ Qali loop going by the National Stadium, Pitkali vegetable market and the new American embassy – Attard

12km – 27km, Attard – Mosta – Attard – Ta’ Qali going by the Pitkali vegetable market, National Stadium, Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre to Mdina Glass.

27km – 42km. Ta’ Qali through Mdina Glass – Attard - Mriehel bypass - Hamrun/Marsa bypass – Marsa -Blata L-Bajda - Sa’ Maison – Pieta – Msida - Ta’ Xbiex – Gzira – Sliema - Finish.

Half Marathon

Start - 6km. Mdina – Rabat – Nigret – Mtarfa – Ta’ Qali.

6km – 21km. Ta’ Qali through Mdina Glass – Attard - Mriehel bypass - Hamrun/Marsa bypass – Marsa - Blata L-Bajda - Sa’ Maison – Pieta – Msida - Ta’ Xbiex – Gzira – Sliema - Finish.

Start times for the 2013 Land Rover Malta Marathon and Half Marathon:

Land Rover Malta Marathon – Mdina at 8.00am
Land Rover Malta Half Marathon – Mdina at 9.20am.
Land Rover Malta ‘Endo’ Walkathon which is also part of the Half Marathon – Mdina at 9.20am
