This hotel was (maybe) a good 4 stars hotel 20 years ago, even if I don't understand where they got the third one.
Today, it's level is only 2 stars : everything is old and must be replaced.
Air conditioning is only a noisy fan (probably to save electricity) and the chemical orange juice at breakfast is unforgettable.
Only 20% of the room have view on the port, the others have windows on microscopic courtyards, so you have the fantastic impression of living in a hole.
Last but not least, you are sure to never sleep alone, some cockroaches are here to keep you company !
