How much does it cost to list my company in the Malta.com Business
Directory?
Listing is FREE for the first 2 months. After that you
will be asked if you want to renew for €39 per year including VAT. If
you choose not to renew, your listing will be removed and no fees are
payable. At no point will you be charged for our listing service without
permission. We do not allow companys who have listed for free to list
again for free.
How can I pay?
If you choose to keep your listing after the free period
has expired you will be able to pay by credit card or cheque. Information
on payment methods will be emailed along with the invoice. The same
applies for renewals. You will be contacted a week before expiry with the
relevant information.
Can I change my business directory entry?
Yes you are able to make any changes any time you want.
When signing up you specify a password which will be used along with your
business entry ID to edit your listing. The listing edit page can be found
at
http://business-directory.malta.com/edit-listing.html
If I have paid for a year can I cancel my listing?
Will I be refunded?
You can cancel your listing and have it removed at any
time by contacting us from your admin email address to
support@malta.com - we do not offer
a refund for any remaining payment period.
Where do I find my business entry ID?
Your entry ID is emailed to you upon signing up or after
making changes. You can also find the entry ID number in the bottom right
of the listing when you view the company.
I can't remember my password. How do I retrieve it?
You can use our automated password retrieval form at
http://business-directory.malta.com/forgot-password.html - you will
need your entry ID number and the password will be emailed to the admin
contact email address you specified on signing up. If you are unable to
retrieve the password using the system contact us at
support@malta.com for further
instructions.
